Dessert, Low Cal Style 

Time for dessert! This easy after dinner treat is perfect for those who have a sweet tooth, but are looking to keep it healthy. All you need is an ice cube tray, fat free yogurt, raspberries, mint and lime zest! I started with a small base of yogurt in each ice cube slot. I then added the raspberry and mint leaves, topped it with more yogurt, and added some lime zest for extra flavor! Then you just pop it in the freezer until you get an ice cream consistency…and you have a perfect little sweet treat without the high calories! Try it out!

* Need an extra natural sweetener? Add some honey for more of a sweet bite!
